E-Service is BMI’s secure online portal where customers can access their service information 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Through this portal, customers can pull any one of their work orders, or search for key information by specific unit, building or date. Customers will find information about the initial call, technician notes, and even recommendations that were communicated during our visit.

We take our commitment to the environment very seriously. E-Service allows us to drastically reduce the amount of paper we use as a part of our business operations. No more hard copy work orders. No more lost carbon copies when we make a site visit to service your units.

E-Service streamlines our work order, billing, and account information processes – all while doing our part to reduce waste and make it easier for you to access your account information whenever it is convenient for you.
